  • Is this a customer support platform or a chatbot platform?

    Zelp is primarily a customer support platform. Chatbots are one of the many features that you can leverage to automate your workflows and off-load repetitive customer queries and tasks.

  • Is it necessary to enable a chatbot in order to use Zelp?

    Absolutely not! You can continue to use our social media support inbox which would include all the inbox, support and team collaboration features. Although, we recommend enabling chatbots for your social media accounts for a complete experience, it's completely optional.

  • Can chatbots, once live, be muted or temporarily suspended?

    Yes. All bots can be toggled from a live state into a 'testing' state, which ensures only your test customers get responded to by the bot.

  • How much does Zelp cost?

    Pricing would be calculated based on the number of team members and social media accounts that you choose to connect.

  • Which social media platforms does Zelp support?

    We currently support Twitter and Facebook.

  • How many social media accounts can I connect?

    There is no limit to the number of accounts you can connect. All incoming messages from all accounts land straight into your inbox.
